Kids saltwater nano tank

Turface (plant substrate)

I have a large bag (roughly 40lbs) of game saver turface.
It's 100% clay. Fine particles like sand.
It's a really great growing medium for aquatic plants. Not cloudy at all, minimal rinsing....

I put them in a cycled 5 gallon with yarn mops and bare bottom. Leave them there for a few days then Take them out. It takes a while for the fry to hatch...

It's not that easy, I have a dirted planted tank, I'd have to tear apart the whole thing. I'm also not confident that I can reseal it properly. I've resealed smaller tanks but nothing large like this

Bubbling on aquarium seal

I've noticed the last few months I've had a lot of bubbles show up on my aquarium seal of my 125G. Do you think I should worry about it? It's mostly on two sides. Pics attached.
