Default diy discus food

Hi guys, anyone who can share your secret formula for beef hearth . I try the youtube formula and it disintegrate in water making it helpless and makes my tank messy.
I am looking for one that when in water it is still intact until the last piece. Happy fish keeping.

I have to try using agar agar instead of knox gelatin to bind my ingredient since agar has a higher melting and solidifying temperature. I will post my result..

The only binding agents I use is shrimp and banana. No Agar or Knox Gelatin
Mine is similar to Vern Archers and never had any issues.
Do you use a blender, food processor or grinder?
