Actually, 9 is incorrect. Chinese gooseberries are in fact from China. Chinese gooseberries, or Kiwis as we usually call them, were originally from East Asia.

Edit: also, they're exported/grow in a lot of countries besides New Zealand. They used to grow at the school I attended one summer (a long time ago) in Japan.
