Hi,
I am having problem of building pink algae over the rocks! any sugestions?

Do lots of small waterchanges, like every day syphoning off the algae.
How big is your tank?
Are you using RODI water?
What are your paramaters?
How old is the tank?

my tank is 54 Gal, I am using RODI and when I use test kit everything seems fine, its 6 months old.

It's a sign that things are going well. If it's hard and not slimy and you can't brush it off it's most likely coralline algae. Once your rocks become encrusted with it nuissance algae won't be able to grow.
This is what we all want our rocks to look like eventually:
