![]() It's best to offer it at the first feeding of the day when they are hungry.
As for ingredients: http://www.archersdiscus.com/discus_food_8.html Just scroll right to the bottom of page. ...Ralph |

![]() Tom,
I run into the same issue when I make mine. Give them time and even your adults will take to it. Most discus raised on bloodworms from young have troubles taking to anything else which is why I don't feed any BW. A variety of foods is always best. ...Ralph |

![]() well i watched today , seems he is taking it not like the juvies who are fighting for it .but like u said its a start . not to figure out how much to feed them im thinking a cube similar to a bloodworm package .
i am also feeding nls growth they seem to really like that one /flakes and some pellets. thanks again

Begineer, again
|
![]() My recipe is simple: beef heart, salmon and shrimp. In the beginning they didn't eat it. After an year my 6 discus are eating 4 cubes (like bloodworms cubes) + pellets from automatic feeder, every day.
In time, they will eat only mixture.
