By looking at your pictures, it looks like your Cories may have either Columnaris or a Fungal infection. It's a little hard to tell which, but the one is showing a bit of a saddleback like lesion just behind the dorsal fin and there is more than one spot on both of them, which is why I'm thinking it may be Columnaris.

It would be Columnaris if it came on very quickly and kills a fish very quickly as well.

If it has come on slowly and the fish have had it for a while then I would lean towards a Fungal Infection.

If it's Columnaris, you will need to treat it with over the counter antibiotics.

If it's a Fungal Infection, then API General Cure.

Yeah I was guessing it was one or the other - I just noticed it today.... I guess I'll try a methylene blue dip first, and hope for the best and see if i cant get some furan-2 and kanamycin.

been doing a methylene blue dip every other day for 30 seconds since I posted, and they seem to be healing up nicely. going to keep them in the quarantine for another week or so just to make sure before re-adding them
