My water lettuce is yellowing and wilting and sinking. Any ideas?

Is it very new? Might just be acclimating, and it will pop back up full force!

If not, it might be lacking nutrients in the water or needing a bit more light.

Usually that's due to lower levels and depleting nutrients. You could be running empty on Potassium or some of the Micros. I only notice this in my Q tanks as I don't dose any fertilizers at all.

Try dosing some fertilizers and they'll be back to normal real quick.
