usually you cannot buy those on its own.

just look inside some sps and you will find some. i bought an acro from nafb and it had 4 different crabs in it.

you are better off buying sps for ease of finding those crabs.

just my 2 cents

good luck

+1 - though sometimes minute, you will often find them on sps colonies - both wild and maricultured. Just make sure they're not the brown fuzzy ones, which are a pest. There are different types of acro crabs, in addition to the ones in the LA pic. Often you'll find more than one (of the same species) in a colony.
I love awesome (beneficial) hitchhikers!

Keep in mind;

They live in SPS colonies... So, if you have a 4" frag/mini colony, and add this crab. It will likely end up pestering the coral to death. The aquacultured corals they ride in on are large enough to not mind the crab moving about.

Just an FYI. I have seen so many people go crazy when SPS die, and don't realize that cute crab most of us banish to the sump is the culprit!

I have had them in a very small colony that was browned out that I had picked up from a fellow reefer.

The colony has since coloured up and flourished with the little acro crab still there.
