Hello everyone. I am new to this forum and I am quite impressed by the amount of activity. I was wondering if anyone is using aqua vitro products to dose their tanks and if so how they are using the products. What should I be dosing first and how long should I wait before dosing another product. I am currently dosing cal, mag and alk once a week but all at the same time but not sure if this is bad practice. My parameters are as follows:
Tank is a 60 gal cube with 15 gallon sump and has been running for over two years.
Ammo 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0 (red sea)
Phos 0.1 (salifert)
Cal 420 (salifert)
Alk 6 dkh
Mag 1400 (seachem)

I would recommend waiting 5 minutes after adding of every product.

I currently use AquaVitro and I am very pleased because you can add each products within minutes from each other.

I currently use:

Salinity, Eight Four, Ions, and Calcification with great success

Also once you run out of your current test kits I would switch to Red Sea Pro Test. Compared to Hannah checker they are dead on accurate!

Thanks for your quick response. I havent started using aquavitro yet. I bought calcification, 8.4 and ions on boxing day. I am currently using the sechem powder stuff which is a pain because you have to dissolve in fresh water first. The plan is to eventually add a three pump doser when a good deal comes along.
