I am working to make a Quinte area club, I was wondering if anyone have any insight in to creating a club from scratch? I thought there was a guide on the CAOAC website but I cant seem to find it now.

Had my first meeting this week, only 5 people where there I did have 4 people email me telling me they could not make it. I may make the trek to Whitby for the next club meeting there so I can talk to the executive and get some input.

I was on the executive for a few years. If you have any questions, between now and the next DRAS meeting, feel free to PM me. While it may seem your initial meeting was small, that is typically how these things start. DRAS has been around a long time now, and there still seems to be an upper limit on membership as people come and go. there has been a core who have held it together through thick and thin. I would look at having 5 people to be a positive.
