You should probably avoid Chinese algae eaters, if you haven't gotten them already, they get rather large and aggressive and will definitely eat your shrimp. True SAEs are a much better choice.
There's debate about adding livestock to make up for overfeeding.
You can't just chuck in anything to take care of the issue-you have to consider the water parameters of all inhabitants, adult size, temperament and whether things will destroy your plants.
It's better to lightly stock, underfeed and keep up with regular water changes and filter maintenance.
These guys are almost impossible to catch still, but these are a collection of both in the same tank. The darker and more colourful ones are the flying foxes.
I do have silver flying foxes as well, but I only have about 4-5 ones left and they're nearly impossible to get atm.
For the true flying fox and SAEs, they're $5/ea.
