Have you guys ever gotten a baby mussel as a hitch hiker?

I got into this bin where I keep spare live rock and had used as a quarantine for corals from Ryan's big shipment and anniversary sale (2 months ago?) and found a baby mussel attached to one of the rocks, about 3/4" in length. This is the live rock I had cured over the entire summer so it wasn't from the rock, and the only live thing it was exposed to was the shipment from ryan. At that time I inspected the corals carefully and dipped them before placing them in that quarantine tank or bin. so that thing must've been a tiny spec when I got it.

How common is that? and I don't know if that's a good thing or not... I might have to cure all that rock again.

Its not a mussle and I would suggest getting rid of it. I had one and the burrow into your rock by drilling into it with their bodies. All my pretty white aragonite turned into ugly brown/gray sand
