What is the placement of a red dragon coral with regards to light placement and flow? Low in the tank, middle or high?

Maxspect 120 LED sits about 6" off the top of the tank and tank is 24" deep.
Flow is MP10wes (reefcrest) and a WP25 (pulse) on opposite ends.

I am no expert but I am keeping one and another one before.

The lower light will get deeper red colour. the higher light will give it pink/light red colour.

I am sure zoapaly and gtareef can chime in as well.

Thanks, I will definitely check out that thread.

This Dan's reply at Canada Corals which really is very common sense about any coral. No special care really needed just proper placement done visually.

"It's nearly impossible to know for sure. Your best bet is to just place it in the middle of your tank. If it gets lighter in color, it may be getting too much light. If it darkens, its not getting enough.

Corals talk... you just gotta look at how they are responding and make the necessary corrections."

Great simple answer - thanks Dan.
