Does anyone know where (if in mississauga even better) I can find some Orange poso rabbit snails?(specifically the ones that grow about 3", not the small 1" yellow ones)

Also a side question, some say they do, some say they don't, but does anyone know or had experience with these snails eating live aquarium plants and ruining the tank? Thanks in advance!

Yellow Poso Snails with my Sulawesi Shrimp

My posso snails were bought from K & F aquatic design at splendid tower, beside pacific mall in Markham/Scarborough. The price I believe was around $7 each.

As for eating plants, I used to have it with pheonix moss which is a rather fragile but nice looking plant. I see them nibbling at it sometimes but I don't think they do much damage in the end.

Aquatic Kingdom had some left last time I was there, which was shortly after boxing day. Call, see if they have any left. F & K had nice ones too but they're not in Mississauga of course.

Saw Chocolate Posos at Menagerie too, no idea if they have any left. So far as I can tell none of 'em eat plants.

Btw, fwiw.. Frank told me a pal of his, University professor, speculated that the Orange Posos can be sexed by the length of their antennae. There is a distinct difference.. some have quite short ones, others have them about twice as long. I went for two of each, and I think I have seen some babies.. so it's worth a shot, if you want them to breed. Females are also larger when grown.. but when they're all different sizes that's of little help.
