Join our team of aquarium technicians and make a career out of what you love!
Are you passionate about fish keeping and the aquarium hobby? Do you enjoy the freedom of working independently, doing something you love?

Not sure exactly where to post this... So, I posted where I figured the most interested people would be hanging out.

As a member of our team, you'll take part in our aquarium care maintenance training program to learn proper techniques for aquarium care, developed by our company based on research and decades of hands-on experience.


As an aquarist on our team, you will:
-Have fun working with animals and aquatic life while performing aquarium care and maintenance tasks.
-Work independently and part of a small team.
-Drive to client’ locations around the GTA.
-Gain experience and training in a new skill set to be part of a growing company.
-Helping with setting up and moving aquariums.


Who would be the right fit for this position:
-Passion for the aquarium hobby, fish keeping and learning.
-Enjoys hands-on work with aquariums.
-Professional appearance and demeanour.
-Mechanically inclined.
-Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
-Able to lift and move heavy aquariums and other objects.
-Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
-Able to adapt to a variable work environment and find creative solutions to any obstacles that may arise.
-Previous experience in aquarium care or aquarium store preferred but not necessary


Requirements (MUST HAVES)
-MUST HAVE Own vehicle (mileage is paid)
-MUST HAVE personal (freshwater or saltwater) aquarium experience at, at least an intermediate level. MUST currently have aquariums running.
-Fully covid vaccinated
-Drivers license
-Clean driving record
-Able to pass a police background check
-Part-time. Contract Position. Flexible hours.
-Wage: $20.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level. Training is $16 per hour.
-We take covid seriously and have policies & procedures in effect. PPE (personal protective equipment) and sanitizer are provided and use is required. Temperature checks, covid screenings, covid testing and distancing guidelines in place.
