WTB-Non Working 36" light

as the ad says , the light is needed for a diy job so cheapest / free is needed, non working ballast/ no reflector is good , as long as externally it looks fine

Further I can do a trade with a working 36" T8 Fixture with working single bulb daylight

can pick up , also have a 30" metal stand / 25 gal setup for trade
