How the website database works, the thread title is the key and every reply is associated with the database key. If you change the key the replies would no longer be associated with the (title) key.

 

What's the solution then?
Updating the vBulletin?

 

Thread titles can only be changed withing a 5 minute time frame after it's creation.

That's not very convenient say for updating prices or the item list in the buy/sell section.

Could there be a fix for this just to make it more user friendly and more inline with other forums out there?
